Recent Traffic Violations in Cass County: July 2024 Update

In July 2024, several individuals in Cass County found themselves on the wrong side of the law due to various traffic violations. From speeding tickets to safety belt violations, the following individuals recently paid their fines in full at the Cass County Clerk’s office:

Speeding: Maria Gaitan, 41, Cicero (Ill.), June 28; Myka Kelly, 40, Kokomo, June 28; Esmeralda Vasquez-Sanchez, 18, Frankfort, June 28; Jacob Bohannon, 20, Indianapolis, July 1; Seth Buffenbarger, 31, Bringhurst, July 1; Jonah Damus, 35, Lafayette, July 1; Faith Pratt, 22, Winamac, July 1; Amanda Shepherd, 41, Kokomo, July 1; Samantha Woody, 24, Kokomo, July 1; Esaud Asprilla Mosquera, 46, Lafayette, July 2; Dakota Kelley, 25, Logansport, July 2; Tavis Kelly, 44, Peru, July 2.

Other violations included failure to use safety belts by Bret Bowman, Loubin Dorvil, Jeremy Hardy, Blake Billingsley, Ronald Busard, Thomas Curtis, Richard Dodt, Jeffrey Hildebrand, Kelcey Kennell, Armando Perez-Xochipa, Rembrandt Briseno, and Fabiola Mathieu; child restraint system violation by Loubin Dorvil; operating a motor vehicle without financial responsibility by Alexis Dowell; learner’s permit violation by Revid Elan; passing stopped school bus by Nolan Hines; and disregarding automatic signal by Alexandria Scott.
