Don’t miss out on the thrilling Baseball Weekend in Hot Springs, packed with exciting events and opportunities to meet Hall of Fame players. Although the youth baseball clinic with Al ‘The Mad Hungarian’ Hrabosky has been canceled due to safety concerns, there are still plenty of activities to enjoy. On opening day, Friday, Aug. 23, Al Hrabosky will share stories of his time as a major leaguer at 6:30 p.m. in Horner Hall at the Convention Center. Following his talk, there will be a free screening of the Yogi Berra movie, ‘It Ain’t Over.’ Be one of the first 200 guests to receive a free Baseball Weekend poster! The weekend will also feature fan interactions with Hall of Famers Robin Yount, Goose Gossage, Ted Simmons, and Johnny Bench, as well as former Razorback star Tom Pagnozzi. Additionally, there will be a meeting of the Society for American Baseball Research with Babe Ruth author Frank Amoroso, which is open to the public, and a baseball card show in the lobby. The event is free and open to everyone, so come and join us for a weekend filled with baseball excitement!
