The British royal family faced heavy rain during the Trooping the Colour ceremony, but that didn’t stop Kate Middleton and Princess Charlotte from attending. Despite the wet weather, Kate was seen wiping condensation from the carriage window as they made their way to the parade in London. Meanwhile, Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh, had to endure the rain as she arrived in an open carriage with her daughter. Princess Catherine of Wales, along with her children Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, also made a public appearance at the event. Despite the rain, the traditional flypast for the King still took place, much to the delight of spectators outside Buckingham Palace.
