Cameron Diaz and Benji Madden have decided to make a change in their living situation by listing their luxurious L.A. mansion in the Benedict Canyon neighborhood. According to a source, the couple has multiple residences in Los Angeles and are choosing to sell their Benedict property to take up residency at another one of their homes. While they enjoy quieter areas like Montecito, their life mainly revolves around Los Angeles. The actress, 51, and musician husband, 45, got married in 2015 and listed their farmhouse-inspired estate on 1.6 acres for $17.8 million. Interestingly, shortly after this decision, Benji’s twin brother Joel Madden and Nicole Richie also put their Beverly Hills home on the market for $13 million, although the two events seem to be unrelated. The seven-bedroom, 8.5-bath mansion was purchased by Benji and Diaz four years ago for $14.7 million, and features a main house and guesthouse with French doors, fireplaces, and high beamed ceilings.
