The story, written by Shinji Oishi and Shigenobu Matsumoto, with art by Tomo Hirokawa, will be released simultaneously in Japanese and English on Aug. 14. The comic follows Spider-Man as he finds himself transported to the Ultraman universe after a battle with Doctor Doom in New York City. There, he must join forces with Ultraman to stop the evil plans of Alien Mefilas and his army of Kaiju.
