Disney Plus Unveils New Logo with a Hint of Hulu Green

Disney has just rolled out a new logo and splash screen for its Disney Plus streaming service, and it’s causing quite a stir among subscribers. The most noticeable change is the introduction of a teal background color, which seems to be a nod to the upcoming merger with Hulu. This new color not only aligns Disney Plus with Hulu’s branding but also helps the service stand out from the crowd of blue and black logos used by other streaming platforms like Prime Video and Paramount Plus. However, some fans are expressing their nostalgia for the original deep royal blue logo that symbolized Disney’s iconic Cinderella castle. The updated design also features a solid white swoosh, replacing the whimsical gradient reminiscent of Tinker Bell flying over the castle. While the new logo is sleek and modern, it may leave some subscribers feeling a bit wistful for the classic Disney aesthetic.
